Ugly Sweater Thanksgiving

It's taken us three years of planning to finally make our ugly sweater party happen! Two trips to Salvation Army, one visit to Walmart, three loads of ugly sweater laundry and one visit to Grand Rapids for the weekend = BEST time ever with BEST friends!

Instead of making Thanksgiving dinner, as we have in the past, we decided to hold our party at our collective favorite restaurant, San Chez. We kept it classy with side pony tails, shoulder pads and french rolled jeans.

The evening was filled with laughter, delicious food, drinks and sharing what we are each thankful for. Besides getting an abundance of compliments from staff and strangers, we got free dessert for our creative dinner attire!

After dinner we took our party back to the Reibels' before calling it a night. In the morning we had a grand breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelettes (thanks to Chef Jon), cinnamon rolls, bacon, OJ and coffee.
